AXWonline has developed fully automated programming to manage the incoming payments made by visitors who purchase Shows for viewing. We use PayPal as our Payment Processing Service.
AXW/online has configured the automated programming to divide each incoming payment using this calculation:
- 76% of the net payment received is divided among the artists in the Festival being streamed
- The remainder is used by AXW/online for operational costs including publicity, promotion, programming, and management.
- PayPal deducts a fee from the gross payment for use of their “paywall” payment mechanism.
There is no “shelf life” for the Experimental Shows on the AXW/online site – New visitors who are Experimental Film enthusiasts will provide continuing earnings to the Artists whose work has been selected for inclusion in one of the AXW/Online Film Shows.
