We recommend that you use WeTransfer.com to transfer your file to us. It’s free if the file is smaller than 2 gigabytes. Send your file to our email address: axw@axwonline.com if you use WeTransfer.com.

If your video file size is larger than 2 gigabytes, your file will have to be uploaded directly to our server using FTP (File Transfer Protocol):

• On the Mac we recommend FETCH or CYBERDUCK as the app to upload via FTP.
• On the PC we recommend CYBERDUCK or FREEFTP.

Contact us and we will provide the FTP Access Settings to use – ACCESS IS VALID FOR ONLY 48 HOURS.

Filenames can contain ONLY Letters and Numbers, except for the dot before the extension ( .mp4 or .mov etc.)
